Recently, Greta shaming – hanging pictures of Greta Thunberg near single-use plastics in offices, has become popular. But is this good for company culture?

The Independant recently highlighted a unique trend in Israeli offices. Dubbed “Greta Shaming”, employees are hanging pictures of the 16-year-old climate activist, Greta Thunberg, near single-use plastics in an attempt to shame their fellow employees out of using them. Climate politics aside, I wanted to know what our readers thought about this trend?

Is it helpful? Is it useful? Could it backfire and cause a rift between various people with differing ideologies and opinions?
