We are the music makers,
And we are the dreamers of dreams,
Wandering by lone sea-breakers,
And sitting by desolate streams;—
World-losers and world-forsakers,
On whom the pale moon gleams:
Yet we are the movers and shakers
Of the world for ever, it seems.

Ode, Arthur O’Shaughnessy

Imperfect People

What is it to be human? In our view, at it’s very core, being human is about imperfection. Perfection is boring, robotic, and sterile. So we don’t strive for perfection. Instead, we strive for excellence.

This is one of our core values. To never try and hide our imperfections, but instead work together toward being excellent in our work, our family life, and ultimately to each other. We embrace the ups and downs of life in order to be better artists, strategists, and partners to our clients. We’re a group of imperfect people working hard to be excellent for our clients.

Our Core Values

Excellence, not perfection

We are imperfect humans who learn from our mistakes and keep moving forward.

Social And Emotional Acuity

Read the room, listen, pay attention, and act accordingly.

Value-builders deserve to be rewarded

Working harder or working smarter doesn’t matter. Building value for the company and our clients is what will be rewarded.

No Alarms and No Surprises

Transparency and accountability with our employees, founders, owners, managers, and clients. No exceptions..

Help is most valuable

Give more than you take, listen more than you speak, help more than you compete.

Culture eats strategy for breakfast

The physical, mental, and spiritual health of our team is central to any decision.

Perspective is Everything

Working in a visually creative industry, we have a unique understanding of how perspective can hide what’s really going on. There may be a huge mountain just out of frame. Companies we work with have often learned the same trick of limiting the view of those looking in from the outside in order to hide imperfections. But we ask that you trust us to put your company in the best light possible.
